The family room is huge and has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. the location is good and magnificent, at walking distance from Leipzig Christmas Market. - the staff in general is amicable.

A huge variety of options for satisfactory breakfast. Lovely bed, nice bathroom and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Location right by train station, Christmas market and downtown as advertised and Red Bull Arena...

The room was clean and since it had down pillows I slept like a baby. Its location to football ground was particularly good and marvellous.

The hotel's location in downtown Leipzig is fantastic, being close to the train station, Christmas market, football ground, and zoo. the room was well-furnished, clean, and even had an electric kettle and glassware.

The hotel was located just off the center of the city and Leipzig for an event in Arena and a very nice area. I booked a comfort double room for 1 night and had a very comfortable stay. It was new-fashioned and bathrooms were spacious here. The staff were all accommodating and pleasant.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We especially appreciated the ample power sockets in the room and the vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location was perfect, as it was situated close to the city center and had excellent transportation options.

During my Christmas stay, I found this hotel to be reasonably priced and located in proximity to the city's popular attractions. the rooms were well-furnished and spacious, which added to my comfort during the stay. the Italian restaurant located next to the hotel and the quality of the breakfast served were two of the standout features that I enjoyed at this hotel.

One of the major downsides that I faced was the proximity of the tram line, which caused some noise when trying to sleep. the absence of staff after 8 pm caused some inconvenience, especially when I had to make some requests or when my key card stopped working.

I stayed at Arena City in Leipzig for a rock concert and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and kind staff. The room was comfortable and clean, but the highlight was the beautifully renovated bathroom, which had plenty of space. The hotel had a well-designed and original atmosphere, and the location was great, not far from the city center. The breakfast was proper and reasonably priced. a well-organized and enjoyable stay.

Located in a convenient area, close to the city center and. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is beautifully renewed with plenty of space. the staff is extremely attentive, friendly and plurilingual. Complimentary mineral water provided upon arrival. the Sauna is well maintained and worth the additional fee.

The reception closes early, making it an awkwardly lonely place for late arrivals.
